It is my hope to help women find their center and balance, from which they can accomplish all that they dream.

Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a therapeutic procedure developed by women’s health therapist Tami Lynn Kent, M.S.T.P.
This work differs from conventional physical therapy or body work in that it restores balance in the pelvis on a physical, emotional and energetic level.
Holistic Pelvic Care™ is a physical and energetic medicine which can provide restorative and preventative care for women’s health. The female pelvis goes through many shifts and changes throughout a woman’s life and needs bodywork just like any other area of the body. This work is a gentle, safe alternative that is supportive of a woman at any stage of her life or health.
Holistic Pelvic Care™ may be helpful in many areas, for example:
· Clear pelvic congestion and support pelvic wellness
· Address pelvic pain and alleviate cramping with menses
· Facilitate core energy flow and creative wellness
· Reduce pain from cysts, fibroids and scar tissue
· Improve sexual health
· Support post partum care; miscarriage recovery
· Reduce stress incontinence (urine leakage with cough/ sneeze/laugh)
· Restore pelvic muscle balance and engagement and organ alignment.
· Encourage self-care
· Decrease core stress and enhance balance
· Establish clear energetic boundaries
· Create an embodied feminine and authentic masculine
· Help heal trauma and restore a woman’s rightful presence
· Empower women to inhabit her pelvic space, to occupy her feminine ground.

Frequently Asked Questions: What can I expect in a session?
- In the first session, we’ll go over your history and goals. Then, I’ll briefly introduce you to the pelvic anatomy; answer any questions you might have. During the treatment session, the pelvic muscles are assessed intravaginally to determine how the muscles are engaging during a pelvic squeeze or “Kegel” exercise, this if followed by techniques, such as, intravaginal massage, myofascial release, trigger point, breath work and suggestions of visualization tools to assist core physical and energetic balance.
- Follow-up sessions begin with a brief re-assessment and then focus primarily
Is there a non-invasive therapy, if I do not feel ready for intravaginal treatment?
- Yes, I would hold and direct energy with one hand under the sacrum and one hand moving over lower abdomen, to help women reconnect to the deep energetic flow of their root. This is also using breath work and suggestions of visualization tools to assist core physical and energetic balance. External work may not have as dramatic a connection nor as clearing or releasing of muscle holding as the intravaginal work. Yet, the combination of the intention shared between provider and client with connection to energetic flow can be profound in supporting the individual. This can be a place to start from.
- Many women describe an immediate feeling of a renewed sense of connection
and grounded. Energy and blood flow are increased to the pelvic bowl and
