The Wild Feminine: Find Power, Spirit and Joy in the Female Body. Written By Tami Lynn Kent M.S.P.T.
There are seven chapters:
Chapter One: Beginning the Journey. This chapter explains the landscape of the female pelvis physically, energetically and spiritually. Tami reminds us in this chapter that if there is an absence of power, spirit and joy in a women’s life - she has lost touch with her wild self. That each Feminine loss is registered in the root of the female body. That to recover the wild Feminine, we must return to the body to be present and retrieve the full expression of our self.
This book is an invitation ~ To shift the core patterns – clarify our filters – transform the way we receive energy and birth creations. To infuse our lives with joy; build creative dreams; perceive life as greater than the situations we encounter. Allow energy of spirit to flow through the core of our beings. Women who do this practice experience an increase in vitality and inspiration, being able to express a fuller creative self.
Chapter 2: Exploring your Feminine Ground
• Exploring your Feminine Ground explains how to do personal vaginal massage. I know this may sound like an odd idea and it is easy to have resistance to this practice. The Pelvic bowl, in its complex web of muscles, nerves and lymph systems, holds layers of wounds and gifts residing in the core. This work opens a path to healing. This is a very detailed chapter. The patterns found in pelvic bowl correlate with a woman’s experience in the outer world.
~ New body patterns are established by working with the body over time:
For example: My root is a vibrant place. ~ I can create what I want. ~ I am a vibrant woman. ~ I love my female form.
Chapter 3: Embodying your Womanhood
Explores the identity of womanhood, how do we find the root voice, the emotional energy – learning to clear negative association with the feminine - changing the voice of shame.
This chapter explores how we can restore our sacred center and learn to honor the female body. ~ “May we remember our sacred body”.
Chapter 4: Expressing your wild feminine
This chapter explores the ovarian energy, our fire energy. We are walked through the possible ovarian imbalances and hear about how to work with the guidance they offer us. We discuss how we can tend to our creative fire as a woman.
~ “May you delight in the radiance that shines from within”.
Chapter 5: Returning to the Mother Place.
This chapter explores the mother space, the womb, redefining and reclaiming the mother energy. The uterine energy embodies the process of holding and releasing energy and addressing grief. The power of the womb is related to the ebb and flow of cycles and connective to creativity. With the uterus’s (her) maternal nature, the uterus asks that we take care of ourselves and give life to our heartfelt creations.
~ “May you find the purpose of your creative rhythms”.
Chapter 6: Transforming your Inheritance
This chapter talks about our lineage. We have our eyes opened to the connection between our lives today with linage. We have an opportunity to explore and transform ~ emotional patterns, pelvic boundaries, unspoken agreements, Fear, wounding or other energy patterns handed down though lineage. We can discover ways to receive or transform our inheritance. Create healthy boundaries – claim creative space – renegotiate how we respond. Balance the flow of mother and father lines…
~ “May you receive the blessing of your life”.
Chapter 7: Discover your full Feminine Range.
This chapter pulls together the points of our sacred Identify and explores desires (what is my intention). We get to examine how we can renegotiate relationships, with our self and with others. This chapter discusses the energy of the vagina, and the two words which identify this energy: receptivity and protection. Explores how to create personal root medicine, how to find our story and be able to touch the wounds, allowing one to breathe into the idea of opportunity. We as women have the capacity to find healing and inhabit the still point within a moment. Our bodies are a place of joy and celebration.
~ “Travel to your place of fierce Grace.”
Blessings from your wild woman -- windy

I suggest you find a reading group, or create one yourself with friends: The chapters are very dense and full of amazing amounts of deep information - be kind to yourself as you ingest this information, it may take many times of reading to get "it". And this is natural, it is healthy to peel back layers of our experiences slowly and respectfully... and step firmly into root place.
“Take your creative dreams. Place them in the deeper currents, where your body meets spirit – And they will become real”. – Tami Kent
I have new books, if they are needed 15.00 per book. It is my greatest honor to share this experience with all women that are called to participate. Call or respond to email, if interested. Sweet Blessings – Windy
